Community Service Projects

With ongoing projects in sustainable food production, animal husbandry, forest management, and wetlands restoration, The Crest offers plenty of choices for service learning projects.

Led by knowledgable staff, participants in our service learning programs learn about the Ranch’s ecological and human histories as they put their bodies and minds to work in support of stewardship and restoration projects throughout the property.

Service learning visits are priced at $300 per group of up to 30 people, and include a farm tour of Willow-Witt Ranch and staff-led service project instruction. Groups are welcome to stay on site afterwards to eat lunches or hike.

The Crest nonprofit organization relies on donations to support youth programs and give community groups the chance to experience the wonders of nature to learn about and feel a connection to the natural world.
